Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all financial, accounting, and tax activities
• Manage and analyze monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans
• Analyze financial results, budget variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor costs, profitability, and the financial performance of the industrial site
• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and its timely submission
• Oversee treasury operations and optimize cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements, as well as internal procedures
• Coordinate relationships with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities
• Support management decision-making through relevant financial analysis
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team 🔎
Requirements:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, management control, taxation, and treasury management
• Good command of financial closing, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Proven team management experience
• Good command of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills, leadership, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset 📍
