• Transport Management: Manage and coordinate international transport operations across Europe while maintaining full control over costs, service quality, and delivery performance.
• Work with State-of-the-Art Technology: Use instaFERCAM's advanced digital tools for quotation management, shipment tracking, order processing, and customer support. Automated workflows allow you to work efficiently and focus on high-value activities.
• Customer and Partner Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with customers, carriers, and business partners throughout Europe.
• Sales & Growth: Identify market potential, acquire new customers, and continuously expand your transport portfolio and business network.
• International Collaboration: Communicate daily with customers, partners, and colleagues across Europe in a truly international business environment.

Your Profile
• Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification, or currently nearing completion of a degree in business, logistics, economics, or a related field
· Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building long-term customer and business partner relationships
• High degree of initiative, accountability, and decision-making ability
• Team player with a passion for working in an international environment

• Entry-Level Professionals: Monthly gross salary of €2,400. After successfully completing the training period, you will participate in our attractive bonus system. Expected annual gross earnings between €48,200 and €72,700 (based on 2025 figures).
• Experienced Professionals: Monthly gross salary of €2,700. Participation in the bonus system starts immediately. Expected annual gross earnings between €68,400 and €95,800 (based on 2025 figures).
