Production coordinator

Responsible for the daily multidisciplinary meeting of the production area at his charge Follow up the indicators of the production area according to the objectives: 0 Accident
- 0 Defaults -100% Delivery Participate in various meetings on engineering changes, new projects, capacity studies ... Responsible for the distribution and optimization of human and technical resources to meet client needs and achieve the objectives of the production area Responsible for the preparation of the documentation necessary for the proper functioning of the production area Responsible for carrying out production tasks throughout the department in accordance with the production plan Assist supervisors and encourage them to take decisions Reflect with the mutidisciplinary team on some issues, propose improvements and develop action plans Responsible for achieving the necessary internal and external quality Prepare the Hiring plan in case of a new project or introduction of new teams Share the monthly targets to direct subordinates Participate in MPS meeting to validate customer & Production volume then ensure HC accordingly Ensure Quality & Standards implementation in APU area. Ensure the proper use of production facilities and equipments . Take a lead to keep Scrap in Area undercontrol Make a Gemba Walk
