Business Intelligence (BI) is a hot topic among our clients. Translating data into actionable insights is a challenge for many companies. The Slim4 BI functionality, an integration of Power BI into Slim4, bridges the gap between data collection and data-driven decision-making. Within our BI team, we are looking for someone to provide internal support. Many questions are being asked by colleagues across the globe that may involve complex BI issues with clients and prospects. Are you the BI support engineer who can tackle these issues? Are you the link between technology and business? Then you are the right person for this position.

Key Responsibilities
You will guide and support our colleagues in answering BI-related questions Support our BI specialists with specific and complex BI issues in customer environments. This could be about the technical architecture of the BI functionality, the ETL-flow, Power BI or actually analysing data Support our local BI specialists in setting up basic ETL flows for our customers based on user stories Effectively combine your technical expertise in data with a solid understanding of business need Desired Skills
· Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize performance
· Excellent command of the English language (other languages is a plus)
· Active listening skills to understand requests and issues
· Strong affinity for data and excellent analytical skills
· Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights
· The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
· Ability to connect and communicate with different personalities from different cultures Desired Experience
· A university degree in a data-related field, preferably complemented by knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
· Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain or data-related roles
· Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SQL is a plus.
· Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, along with practical experience using Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric. What Slimstock Offers
