About the Role
JGulf Group is a Kuwait-based group of companies working in travel, tourism, hospitality technology and real estate. We are building our team in Casablanca and are looking for an HR Manager to lead recruitment and manage day-to-day HR operations for the office.
Key Responsibilities
• Run the full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Build a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineers
• Work with department managers to define hiring needs and job requirements
• Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation in line with Moroccan labor law
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and coordination with finance
• Support performance reviews, probation assessments and employee relations
• Apply HR policies and procedures, and help develop new ones as the office grows
• Prepare regular HR and recruitment reports for management in Kuwait Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, with hands-on recruitment experience
• Proven track record of hiring across several roles, ideally including technical positions
• Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR practices
• Experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several hiring processes at once
• Good written and spoken English and French; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Nice to Have
• Experience recruiting for IT, travel, hospitality or tech companies
• Experience setting up HR processes in a new or growing office
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
