• Coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
• Operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products and overseeing the work of more junior technicians.
• Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement; providing quality control and in-process production testing. What Your Background Should Look Like Academic Background
• Industrial Engineering Degree (Bachelor's or Master's level) Experience
• Less than 1 year of professional experience (entry-level) Key Skills & Competencies
• Basic knowledge of Project Management
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to take ownership and manage priorities effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset Main Focus
