• Publié il y a 12 mois RED TIC is recruiting for one of its partners a candidate for the position of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery, architecture, and customization of our D365 F&O implementation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and integration of business-critical systems, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance across all environments.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
• Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Act as the primary technical authority for D365 F&O, providing guidance to developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Solution Development & Customization
• Develop, extend, and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports within D365 F&O using X++, .
NET, and Azure services.
• Design and implement data migration, interfaces, and third-party system integrations.
• Manage technical configurations, workflows, and performance optimization. Project Delivery & Governance
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and quality assurance checks.
• Support environment management, deployment processes, and DevOps pipelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Team & Stakeholder Management
• Mentor and guide junior developers and technical consultants.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Participate in architecture and design review boards. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (AX 2012 / Dynamics AX) development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .
NET Framework, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse integrations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations or upgrade projects.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules.
• Experience with Data Entities, OData, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and deployment methodologies. Preferred Skills
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
