• Maintaining facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration and troubleshooting.
• Adhering to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved.
• Collaborating with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.
• Guiding junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary. What Your Background Should Look Like Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
