Tour Leader

Job

Responsibilities:
• Lead and accompany guests on tours and excursions across Fes and other destinations in Morocco.
• Welcome guests and provide a professional, warm, and engaging experience.
• Explain Moroccan culture, history, traditions, landmarks, and local experiences.
• Coordinate daily tour schedules, transportation, activities, restaurants, accommodations, and other suppliers.
• Ensure all tour arrangements are properly prepared before guest arrival.
• Handle guest questions, requests, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
• Coordinate with drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, activity providers, and the Operations team.
• Monitor service quality and immediately report operational issues.
• Ensure guest safety and follow company operational and emergency procedures.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the Operations team.
• Assist with last-minute operational changes and problem-solving during tours.
• Represent the company and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
• Create authentic social-media-friendly content showcasing destinations, activities, food, culture. Job

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, Travel Coordinator, or similar tourism role.
• Strong knowledge of Fes and Moroccan destinations, culture, history, and tourism experiences.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Valid driving license is an advantage, particularly if the role includes driving responsibilities.
