POSITION PURPOSE:
The UiPath Developer role within the AXA GBS Industrial Automation Division is a pivotal position, entrusted to support one of our flagship customers on the French market. The role requires a developer with at least 3 years of hands-on UiPath development experience, including Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and migration patterns. This position focuses on architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions leveraging UiPath, and leads the migration of existing Blue Prism robots to UiPath ensuring a smooth transition by analysing current automations, redesigning workflows where necessary, and implementing equivalent or enhanced solutions in UiPath while maintaining business continuity.
The position requires solid expertise in UiPath and related technologies , along with strong analytical and problem-sloving skills to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
The job holds a high level of autonomy and accountability, ultimately influencing strategy and impacting various levels within AXA.
ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automation Solution Assessment & Design: Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their technical feasibility using UiPath and related technologies. Design end-to-end automation solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and business stakeholders, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives. Participate in effort estimation and contribute to business cases by evaluating the expected operational benefits and ROI of automation initiatives. Support and actively contribute to the migration of existing Blue Prism automations to UiPath, analysing current workflows and redesigning them when required to ensure an efficient transition. End-to-End Process Automation Leadership: Independently lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to comprehend automation requirements stemming from business needs and transform them into resilient architectural designs. Build and configure unattended and attended robots, reusable components, and automation frameworks using UiPath. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve robot stability and performance. Develop supporting scripts, utilities, and tools where necessary to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks. Documentation & Communication: Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, process definition documents, deployment guides, and support documentation. Communicate project progress, technical solutions, risks, and recommendations effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support. Critical Thinking and Communication

Exceptional logical, analytical thinking, and decisive judgment, with a systematic approach to analysing issues and adept problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction and collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with strong expertise in UiPath development. Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end automation projects, from requirements analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong technical expertise within an IT programming development environment, with a demonstrated ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit test using using the UiPath platform and industry best practices. Proficient working knowledge of c# and VB.
NET, providing an additional advantage. Hands-on experience in Excel and Macro, showcasing practical proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Technology, encompassing Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, and Web Services. Extensive experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, Image, SAP, Mainframe, and API-based automation. In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with other automation technologies, such as Blue Prism. UiPath Certified Professional – Associate (UiRPA) or Professional Automation Developer Professional certification is considered an asset. Fluent French speaking skills are essential Good Engslish speaking skills
