• Deve­lop and main­tain MA Trai­ning and Deve­lo­p­ment stan­dards, metho­do­lo­gies and tools
• Sup­port Plant Team Lea­ders in trans­la­ting com­pe­ten­cy gaps into effec­ti­ve deve­lo­p­ment plan
• Design and sup­port imple­men­ta­ti­on of trai­ning and capa­bi­li­ty-buil­ding pro­grams
• Pro­vi­de exper­ti­se on Per­for­mance Manage­ment and Indi­vi­du­al Deve­lo­p­ment Plans
• Sup­port talent reviews, suc­ces­si­on plan­ning and cri­ti­cal-posi­ti­on deve­lo­p­ment
• Deve­lop com­mon lea­der­ship and manage­ment-deve­lo­p­ment pro­grams
• Sup­port care­er-path and inter­nal-mobi­li­ty frame­works
• Ana­ly­ze trai­ning effec­ti­ve­ness and deve­lo­p­ment out­co­mes
• Build Trai­ning and Deve­lo­p­ment team capa­bi­li­ty and share best prac­ti­ces across Plants
• Sup­port digi­ta­liza­ti­on and con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of Trai­ning and Deve­lo­p­ment pro­ces­ses Your Pro­fi­le
• Bachelor’s (and optio­nal Master’s) degree in Human Resour­ces, Busi­ness Admi­nis­tra­ti­on, Psy­cho­lo­gy or equi­va­lent
• Mini­mum 5 years of rele­vant pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in Trai­ning & Deve­lo­p­ment, Lear­ning & Deve­lo­p­ment or Human Resour­ces, ide­al­ly within a manu­fac­tu­ring envi­ron­ment
• Expe­ri­ence in desig­ning, imple­men­ting and eva­lua­ting trai­ning and deve­lo­p­ment pro­grams
• Good know­ledge of com­pe­ten­cy manage­ment, per­for­mance manage­ment and employee deve­lo­p­ment pro­ces­ses
• Expe­ri­ence in con­duc­ting trai­ning needs ana­ly­ses and trans­la­ting deve­lo­p­ment requi­re­ments into effec­ti­ve lear­ning solu­ti­ons
• Know­ledge of talent manage­ment, suc­ces­si­on plan­ning and indi­vi­du­al deve­lo­p­ment plan­ning is an advan­ta­ge
• Expe­ri­ence in sup­port­ing and advi­sing mana­gers and employees on trai­ning and deve­lo­p­ment topics
• Abili­ty to ana­ly­ze trai­ning effec­ti­ve­ness and deve­lo­p­ment out­co­mes and iden­ti­fy impro­ve­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties
• Expe­ri­ence with Lear­ning Manage­ment Sys­tems (LMS) and digi­tal lear­ning solu­ti­ons is bene­fi­ci­al
• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, pre­sen­ta­ti­on and faci­li­ta­ti­on skills
• Abili­ty to work inde­pendent­ly and effec­tively in an inter­na­tio­nal and cross-func­tion­al envi­ron­ment
• Team spi­rit with excel­lent inter­per­so­nal skills and a cus­to­mer-ori­en­ted mind­set
• Orga­niza­tio­nal and time-manage­ment skills com­bi­ned with a struc­tu­red and solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted approach
• Expe­ri­en­ced in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
