Job Description
We are looking for a Store Visual Merchandiser to support store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising activities, and carrying out assigned duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications:
High school, academy, or university education. Previous experience in the retail field. Preferably English language skills. Knowledge of MS Office software. Strong customer and market orientation. Ability to manage relationships and processes effectively. Self-management skills and a focus on achieving results. Openness to innovation and commitment to being respectful and reliable. No restrictions to travel. Basic Functions: Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Arrange and replenish merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines. Ensure products are correctly folded, hung, sized, tagged, and displayed. Check that all price tags and product information are accurate and properly placed. Monitor product availability and replenish missing sizes, colors, and models from the warehouse. Support the preparation and execution of new store openings and seasonal campaigns. Set up promotional displays, marketing materials, and visual communication according to company standards. Ensure windows, sales areas, fitting rooms, passages, and stockroom areas remain organized. Regularly check visual merchandising equipment, fixtures, and promotional materials and report any issues. Participate in special events, campaigns, and promotional activities. Assist with receiving, unloading, tagging, folding, organizing, and returning merchandise when required. Support inventory preparation and participate in inventory activities. Ensure products are returned to their correct locations after customer use. Coordinate with store management to correct visual merchandising or product presentation issues. Follow daily plans, company procedures, operational standards, and management instructions. Support colleagues in maintaining a consistent and attractive store environment. Assist customers by providing product information and helping them locate suitable products. Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction, sales objectives, and store audit standards. Follow all occupational health, safety, and security procedures. Report shortages, damaged equipment, operational issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate manager.
