Injection Molding Responsible

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily injection molding activities.
• Ensure production targets related to quality, cost, and delivery are achieved.
• Optimize injection molding processes and machine performance.
• Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead troubleshooting activities related to molds, machines, and process parameters.
• Coordinate mold maintenance and support new mold trials.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements.
• Train and develop production and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Industrial Engineering departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in injection molding within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, molds, and plastic materials.
• Experience with process optimization and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
