Role Overview We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and outgoing Surf Camp Animator / Guest Coordinator to join our team If you are a social butterfly who loves connecting with people, organizing activities, and creating unforgettable experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Integration & Vibe: Welcome new guests, break the ice, and ensure everyone feels included and comfortable from day one. Activity Coordination: Organize and host daily and evening camp activities (e.g., sunset walks, game nights, group dinners, and social events). Community Engagement: Dine, hang out, and interact with guests to maintain a lively, positive, and friendly camp atmosphere. General Support: Assist the team with light camp operations and guest relations as needed.
