Responsibilities:
• Manage and follow up on operational requests and incidents
• Provide support to users and ensure smooth service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Analyze issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Prepare documentation, reports, and user support materials
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical matters Profile Required:
• Bac+5 / Master’s degree in IT, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
