The team is based in Tangier, Morocco and focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality technical fashion services. Role Description The Modeliste Fast-Fashion role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Morocco. The role involves translating design sketches and technical specifications into accurate patterns, using CAD tools and manual techniques as needed. The Modeliste will develop and refine prototypes, adjust fit and construction details, and prepare patterns for production in fast-fashion cycles. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and production teams, reviewing samples for quality and consistency, and optimizing patterns for efficient cutting and sewing. The role also requires maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring that all pattern files and samples are organized and ready for rapid, repeatable production. Qualifications Strong skills in Prototyping and Model Building for garments and fast-fashion collections. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), preferably with tools such as Gerber, Lectra, or CLO 3D. Ability in technical Drawing for patterns, construction details, and fit adjustments. Understanding of Machining and production processes relevant to garment manufacturing. Experience as a pattern maker / modeliste in fast-fashion or ready-to-wear environments. Knowledge of garment construction, grading, fabric behavior, and industrial sewing techniques. Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to work to tight deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills with designers, technicians, and production teams. Ability to work on-site in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Morocco and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant technical training or diploma in pattern making, fashion design, or garment technology preferred.
