• Website: www.moroccan-brothers.com ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ABOUT MOROCCAN BROTHERS Moroccan Brothers is an online coaching business that helps clients, mostly investors living abroad, buy and run property in Morocco. Once a client's property is ready, our Marrakech team launches it on Airbnb and runs it day to day as a short-term rental. Our portfolio includes villas, apartments and riads across Marrakech. Guests arrive at all hours, every day of the week, and they expect a five-star stay. Your job is to make sure they get one. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT THIS ROLE
• It is physical. You will be on your feet most of the day, carrying luggage, linen and supplies, climbing stairs in riads and villas, and working outdoors in Marrakech heat, including summer temperatures over 40°C.
• The hours are long. Guests check in late, flights get delayed and problems happen at night. Many days will run well beyond a normal working day.
• It is seven days a week. This is a Monday to Sunday role. Weekends and public holidays are our busiest times.
• Things go wrong. A broken air conditioner, no hot water, a lost key or an unhappy guest. You are the person who fixes it, calmly and fast.
• You will always be moving. Most days you will travel between several properties across the city. If that sounds like too much, this role is not for you, and that's fine. If it sounds like a challenge you would enjoy, read on. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU WILL DO Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Meet guests at the property at any hour, welcome them and show them around
• Check guests' ID and register them as required by law
• Carry out check-outs, inspect the property and report any damage Cleaning and property readiness
• Manage and supervise our cleaners and make sure every property is cleaned to a hotel standard
• Inspect every property before each guest arrives, with nothing left to chance
• Manage linen and laundry, and keep toiletries, cleaning products and supplies stocked Maintenance
• Spot problems early and report them
• Arrange and supervise plumbers, electricians, pool cleaners and other contractors
• Respond to urgent problems such as no water, electricity or heating straight away, day or night Guest experience
• Respond to guest requests and complaints on the spot
• Make sure guests leave happy and leave five-star reviews
• Work with the conciergerie team on extras such as airport transfers, excursions and private chefs Reporting
• Take photos and keep records of every check-in, check-out and inspection
• Report daily to Hind on bookings, issues and costs
• Follow our SOP and checklists at all times ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DAY TO DAY
• Morning: check the day's arrivals and departures, inspect properties, brief the cleaners.
• Midday: check-outs, cleaning turnovers, restocking, contractor visits.
• Afternoon and evening: guest check-ins, guest requests, final checks.
• Late night: late arrivals and emergencies when they come up. No two days are the same. Some are quiet, many are not. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO YOU WORK WITH
• Hind, Executive Manager, is your direct manager. She sets your priorities and reviews your performance.
• The cleaning team and contractors work under your day-to-day supervision.
• The conciergerie team, who help you deliver extra services to guests. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Physically fit and able to handle long, active days
• Available to work Monday to Sunday, including evenings and public holidays
• Reliable and punctual. A guest left waiting outside a property is never acceptable
• Calm under pressure and good at solving problems on your own
• A very high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Friendly and professional with international guests
• French and Arabic required. English is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, a smartphone and simple apps every day
• Experience in hospitality, hotels or short-term rentals is a strong advantage ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
