You'll work alongside an experienced global IT team, get hands-on exposure to IT support, networking, Microsoft 365, incident management, systems maintenance, and IT security, and learn how technology supports a fast-paced business environment. What You'll Do
✅ Log, track, and resolve service requests of users on their day-to-day hardware, software and other IT-related issues while learning how professional IT Service Desk and incident management processes work. ✅ Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and WAN issues and build hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routers, and switches. ✅ Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user support. ✅ Assist with the setup, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and systems. ✅ Work alongside the IT and infrastructure teams to investigate issues, escalate complex problems. ✅ Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT procedures while contributing to the team's knowledge base. ✅ Follow IT security policies and compliance standards. ✅ Take on new technologies, tools, and responsibilities as your skills develop, with increasing ownership of technical issues over time. What We're Looking For: ✅ 6 months of relevant experience or recently completed a degree, diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field. ✅ Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software, and troubleshooting. ✅ Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and VLANs. ✅ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is an advantage. ✅ Any exposure to IT service desk tools, networking, systems administration, or technical support is a plus. ✅ Must be available to work from our Tangier office. ✅ Comfortable working in rotating shifts. ✅ Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, Microsoft certifications, or similar qualifications will be an advantage. ✅ Good communication skills in English (French/Arabic is a plus) Why join us: ✅ Opportunity to transition into a full-time IT position. ✅ Work with real users, challenging IT issues and experienced IT professionals. ✅ Gain exposure to Service Desk, Networking, Microsoft 365, Infrastructure, and IT Security. ✅ Build both technical and professional skills in a global working environment.
