Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and technical requirements and design suitable encryption, KMS, and HSM architectures.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, as well as network flow matrices.
• Install, configure, and administer CipherTrust Manager, CTE, CCKM, and CAKM.
• Integrate Thales Luna HSM, AWS KMS, and third-party systems using KMIP, PKCS#11, or REST APIs.
• Define encryption, access control, key rotation, and key lifecycle management policies.
• Implement high availability, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and coordinate escalations with the vendor.
• Produce runbooks, operational procedures, and handover documentation for RUN operations.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to technical and security teams. Required
Skills:
• Must-have: CipherTrust Manager (CTM), CTE, cryptography, Key Management, and troubleshooting.
• Strongly preferred: CCKM, CAKM, KMIP, Thales Luna HSM, AWS KMS, HA/DR.
• Nice to have: Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud KMS, PKCS#11, BYOK/HYOK, automation, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, virtualization, and Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST standards and frameworks. Soft

• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex cryptography concepts in clear and accessible terms.
• Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cryptography, encryption, or Data Security.
• Demonstrated operational experience with CipherTrust Manager and/or CTE.
• Thales CipherTrust, Luna HSM, or Cloud Security certifications are a plus.
• Ability to produce technical documentation in both French and English.
