We are seeking a (Senior) Software Engineer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into software applications. This role emphasizes excellent software architecture and development skills, with the ability to support and scale production applications deployed to thousands of users. You will be responsible for building, evolving, and maintaining a collection of AI-first applications within a team of software engineers, reporting to a Team Lead. Your work will directly contribute to the business AI strategy, continuously delivering tangible value to customers, while scaling our current stack to an enterprise level grade. Main

Responsibilities:
• Develop applications incorporating Agent workflows, LLMs, RAG in their functionalities
• Implement prompt engineering techniques for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…)
• Containerize AI applications and orchestrate cloud deployments
• Develop intelligent agents and complex workflows
• Scale MVPs to production-grade applications
• Build Proofs of Concept (PoC) to validate AI solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of generative applications

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of full-stack

experience:
• Python
• TypeScript
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows, including resolving merge conflicts
• Software architecture and design patterns
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Authentication standards (JWT/OAuth2)
• Unit and integration testing
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• EasyAuth/JWT/OAuth2 authentication
• Unit/integration testing Desirable skills /

experience:
• Next.js with Tailwind CSS
• Integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and similar providers) into applications
• Practical experience coding with AI assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), including working with memory and session context, and following coding standards while pairing with AI
• A GitHub repository link featuring a project you're proud of
• Start-up mindset: Obsessed with delivering impact. High sense of ownership. Quick to pivot. Ability to make quick decisions under uncertainty while maintaining informed control of risks.
• Organization and Rigor: Excellent organizational skills, able to structure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities, both orally and in writing, with technical and business teams
