Team members join a company that works across borders and engages with diverse clients and partners. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing inquiries in a professional manner. Daily responsibilities include handling reception desk operations, managing appointment schedules, coordinating meeting room bookings, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming front office environment. The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, mail handling, and basic administrative support to the office and real estate teams. The Receptionist will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of service for clients and partners. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues. Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and coordinating appointments. Solid phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls efficiently. Clerical skills such as filing, data entry, document handling, and basic office administration. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Comfort working on-site in Dubai and collaborating with a diverse, multicultural team. Basic computer literacy, including use of email, calendars, and office software (e.g., Word, Excel). Prior experience in reception, customer-facing, or administrative roles is preferred; exposure to real estate or professional services is an advantage. Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are a plus.
