Company Description Dream Light Event Planner is a consumer services company specializing in designing and coordinating memorable events for a variety of clients. Originating from Nashik, Maharashtra, India, the company focuses on delivering personalized event solutions that meet diverse cultural and client needs. Role Description This Event Planner internship role is an on-site position based in Casablanca. The intern will support the planning and execution of events, including coordinating logistics, assisting with venue setup, and ensuring timelines are followed. Daily tasks include communicating with vendors and clients, preparing event proposals and budgets under guidance, and maintaining event documentation and checklists. The intern will help with on-the-ground coordination during events, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to post-event evaluation reports. This role offers practical experience in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility to assist with events that may occur on evenings or weekends. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources.
• Basic Budgeting and Sales skills to support cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and client proposals.
• Ability to work on-site in Casablanca, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing event needs.
• Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Interest in the events industry; prior academic coursework or project experience in hospitality, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism in a client-facing environment.
