Key responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and assist with technical issues and troubleshooting
• Collect and follow up on customer requirements, inquiries, complaints, and technical feedback
• Coordinate with R&D teams to analyze and resolve product-related issues and follow through to case closure
• Follow up on customer testing and support local product validation
• Participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes and provide technical support to sales teams
• Assist customers with technical training, product demonstrations, and solution design
• Coordinate local software and hardware testing and provide accurate test results
• Support after-sales technical issues and follow up until resolution Ideal candidate profile:
• 1+ year of experience in ONT/ONU, optical modem, router, or related telecom/networking product testing or technical support
• Experience with 4G/5G CPE products is a strong plus
• Familiar with telecom/networking equipment and basic communication product principles
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, device testing, or field engineering is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English(listening/speaking/reading/writing),familiarity with French, and Arabic is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle technical issues independently
• Willing to work locally and accept occasional short-term business trips within the country
