• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements, and embassy/consulate processes for key international destinations.
• Experience in outbound travel operations, including itinerary planning, flight and hotel reservations, and coordination of tour packages.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex visa and travel information clearly and professionally.
• Solid administrative and organizational skills, including file management, deadline tracking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems, office productivity tools, and online visa platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Casablanca and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
• Previous experience in a travel agency, visa facilitation center, or related hospitality/travel role is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing regulations, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, international relations, or a related field is beneficial.
