Key Responsibilities
• Analyze trends in data, reporting, and dashboards to identify key actionable insights
• Run adhocs and deep dives to identify root causes impacting key business metric performance
• Communicate trends and actionable insights to team and relevant stakeholders, including executive audiences
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for users to further investigate results
• Develop data-driven solutions and product related data views using SQL for use by internal and cross-functional teams for downstream process integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and propose data-driven solutions
• Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of dashboards and reporting
• Gather input from stakeholders on operational changes that may affect data models
• Support the project roadmap by providing impact assessments for upcoming initiatives Required Qualifications
• University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physics, mathematics or relevant experience in an equivalent domain
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Minimum of 1+ year in similar role
• Ability to create and interpret data reports and visualizations to extract meaningful business insights
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation / transformation to extract insights from data sources with accuracy and efficiency
• Experience with creating clear and informative reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey key trends synthesized from in-depth analysis to audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and statistics to accurately interpret and convey results
