IDEN is looking for a Social Media Specialist who can do more than manage a content calendar. We want someone who can think, create, communicate and be the face of content. Someone comfortable in front of the camera, full of ideas, curious about trends, and capable of taking on multiple roles when needed. YOUR ROLE : You will work across different brands, industries and projects, and your responsibilities may include:
• Creating innovative content concepts and ideas
• Appearing on camera for Reels, TikToks, Stories and other formats
• Writing hooks, scripts and captions
• Participating in shoots and content production
• Managing social media content and publishing
• Researching trends and finding creative ways to adapt them
• Contributing to content strategy and planning
• Engaging with communities and audiences
• Working closely with designers, video editors and marketing strategists
• Supporting different stages of the content creation process This is not a role where you will be limited to one task. Some days you'll be the person in front of the camera. Some days you'll be developing the concept. Some days you'll be coordinating a shoot. Some days you'll be helping solve a completely different problem. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou should:
• Be genuinely comfortable on camera
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Have a natural ability to generate creative ideas
• Understand social media culture and what makes people stop scrolling
• Be proactive and able to take initiative
• Be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Have strong attention to detail and visual taste
• Be curious and constantly looking for new formats and approaches
• Be comfortable working with different brands and industries
• Know how to turn an idea into something tangible Experience is valuable, but personality, creativity and initiative matter just as much. BONUSExperience with:
• Instagram / TikTok / Reels
• Content creation and video shooting
• Basic video editing
• Copywriting
• Photography
• Personal branding
• Social media strategy
• Arabic, French and/or English content THE OPPORTUNITYThis position starts with a 3-month pre-hire period. The objective is simple: work together, assess the fit, develop your skills and see what we can build together. Following a successful 3-month period, the position can transition into a full-time CDI with EIDEN. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, not simply fill a position.
