About Us
Speedaf is an integrated logistics service provider focused on emerging markets including China, Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. In Morocco, we have established a local express and less-than-truckload (LTL) network with multiple distribution centers, service points, and warehouses. We are looking for a professional, pragmatic, and results-oriented Recruitment & Training Supervisor to lead talent acquisition and learning & development efforts for our Morocco team. Role Focus: In the initial phase, approximately 80% of effort will be dedicated to recruitment delivery and recruitment system building to rapidly support business expansion. Over time, the role will transition to a balanced 50% recruitment + 50% training focus, achieving sustainable development of both functions.

Key Responsibilities
I. Recruitment Management Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's annual workforce plan; manage the full-cycle recruitment process including demand alignment, channel management, screening, interviewing, offer follow-up, and onboarding Optimize and manage diverse recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, headhunters, referrals, campus recruitment, etc.); evaluate channel effectiveness and control recruitment costs Collaborate closely with business departments to define talent profiles and interview standards, improving hiring quality and person-job fit Build and maintain a talent database system for ongoing candidate engagement and pipelining Regularly analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, channel conversion rates, etc.) to drive continuous improvement II. Training & Development Management Design and continuously improve the employee training system based on business strategy and needs, covering new hire orientation, job-specific skills training, and leadership development Conduct regular training needs assessments; develop annual/quarterly training plans and budgets Plan, organize, and execute key training programs; track effectiveness using evaluation tools and drive continuous improvement Develop, source, and manage internal and external training resources; build an internal trainer pool and course library Support talent review processes, identify high-potential employees, and contribute to succession planning III. Other Responsibilities Continuously optimize recruitment and training-related policies, processes, and tools Effectively communicate company culture and values through recruitment and training activities Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Experience:
3+ years of HR experience, with hands-on exposure to both recruitment and training/development functions Industry Background: HR experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is preferred Professional

Skills:
Proven ability to implement recruitment management processes Familiar with training needs analysis, program design, and evaluation methodologies Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and interview assessment methodologies (e.g., Behavioral Interviewing, STAR) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Language

Skills:
French: Fluent (working language) English: Business proficiency (for communication with headquarters and international teams) Arabic: Working proficiency is a plus Competencies: Strong goal orientation, results-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills Strong project management and multitasking abilities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
