Role Description The Negotiation Team Leader (Spanish, French, English) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. This position oversees a team of negotiators responsible for sourcing and purchasing overstock and surplus goods from international suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching the negotiation team, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring that negotiations align with company strategy and profit objectives. The role involves actively participating in complex negotiations with suppliers in Spanish, French, and English, building long-term partnerships, and resolving issues related to pricing, terms, and logistics. The Negotiation Team Leader collaborates with cross-functional teams such as logistics, finance, and sales to ensure smooth deal execution and continuous improvement in negotiation processes. Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with experience leading or supervising sales or purchasing teams.
- Professional fluency in Spanish, French, and English, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and draft clear written communications in all three languages.
- Background in procurement, international trade, or B2B sales, preferably dealing with overstock, wholesale, or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including comfort with KPIs, margins, and pricing structures.
- Proven leadership skills, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple negotiations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset, with a talent for building trust-based relationships with international suppliers.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Excel, CRM tools, email platforms) and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
