Academic & Front Office Coordinator

About the Role
IIM Agadir, in partnership with Coventry University, is looking for a highly organised, professional and proactive Academic & Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our academic activities while also managing front-office and student-facing responsibilities. This is a key role requiring excellent communication, organisation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced higher-education environment.
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Student Support
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities and schedules.
- Support lecturers and professors with academic administration.
- Prepare and maintain timetables, course documentation and academic records.
- Coordinate communication between students, faculty and management.
- Support student enrolment, induction and academic follow-up.
- Monitor attendance and assist with student academic queries.
- Help ensure academic procedures and standards are followed.
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors and faculty professionally.
- Manage front-office enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
- Handle student and administrative requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and campus activities.
- Support the General Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; a degree in Business, Management, Education, Languages or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in higher education, academic administration, student services or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good French and Arabic communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
