IT-Support Engineer
We're Hiring | IT Support Engineer – Tanger We're looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Tanger on a shift rotation that includes night hours 🔧
What you'll do
Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, network)
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
Maintain and monitor internal systems and equipment
Document incidents and solutions
Work on a rotation schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends ✅ What we're looking for:
1–4 years of experience in IT support
Fluent English — this is a must
French is a strong plus
Good knowledge of Windows environments and networking basics
Comfortable working night shifts and flexible rotations
Reliable, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented 📍
