A leading multinational company recently established in Casablanca is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer to support its growing operations. mission :
- Act as the interface for users on all questions related to their workstations and IT environment,
- Provide user support in accordance with the expected service level,
- Perform initial remote diagnostics and qualify the actions to be taken,
- Resolve level 1 and 2 incidents and anomalies according to current guidelines and procedures,
- Ensure follow-up of user calls until incidents are closed,
- Validate incident resolution and ensure user satisfaction,
- Be responsible for updating documentation: incident tracking, reports, procedure optimization. Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Unix, and office environments,
- Ability to diagnose anomalies and manage incident tickets on ServiceNow,
- Assist users remotely to resolve incidents as quickly as possible by following given procedures,
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment,
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations,
- Manage dialogue and demonstrate teaching skills with technicians/users,
- Apply B2B and B2C communication techniques.

Your Profile
- You have at least a two-year/ three-year degree.
- You have 4 or more years of experience in a service desk,
- Good communication skills in English and French,
- Good knowledge of infrastructure environments,
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills,
- You are rigorous, autonomous, able to manage stress, and adapt to the knowledge level of your contacts. You keep your knowledge up to date on continuous IT, tool, and process improvements in the internal knowledge base. You have a strong ability to understand technical details to determine root causes and escalate issues to the appropriate teams. Prerequisites
- Be available quickly, have solid general IT and office skills,
- An intermediate level of English is required. A language proficiency test will be given during recruitment,
- Knowledge of ServiceNow would be a real asset to stand out from other candidates,
- Willingness to work a few public holidays per year.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
