Before we arrange anything, I would like to explain the role and expectations clearly.
Location:
Talborjt, Agadir This is an all-round waitress/team member position. It is not just serving customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Keeping the front of house clean and organised at all times.
- At the end of each shift, making sure everything is cleaned, checked and ready for the restaurant to open the following day.
- Helping your colleagues with other reasonable tasks when needed. We work as one team and everyone helps each other.
Working hours
4:00 PM until 1:00 AM, 6 days per week, with 1 day off per week. The starting salary is 2,500 MAD per month for the first 2 months. After 2 months, the salary will be reviewed based on your performance, attitude, reliability and teamwork. Standing around when there is work to be done or spending working time on your phone is not acceptable. If there are no customers, there is always something that can be cleaned, prepared, checked or organised. If you are interested, I would initially like you to complete a 5-day trial starting today. This will give both you and us the opportunity to see whether the job is suitable before continuing.
