Job Description
The QCS Coordinator contributes to the deployment, organization, and maintenance of the SAESC Quality Documentation System and Reference Framework, supporting the QCS Reference Framework Project Manager. They participate in providing clear, accessible documentation that complies with regulatory and normative requirements, in order to effectively support the company's operational activities and certification processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in Quality, Compliance, and Management Systems within a demanding and structured environment. Main
responsibilities:
- Participate in the management and updating of Management System documentation.
- Assist the QCS Reference Framework Project Manager in organizing and monitoring the documentation reference framework.
- Contribute to verifying the conformity of documents with regulatory and normative requirements.
- Support teams in using applicable procedures, forms, and instructions.
- Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits and the follow-up of associated actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documents to facilitate their understanding and application.
- Participate in the distribution and monitoring of document updates. Job
Requirements:
Industrial Engineering, Quality, or equivalent degree. Initial experience or significant internship in the field of Quality or Management Systems. Experience between 0 and 1 year. Skills and Qualities:Good writing skills and analytical abilities. Rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments. Interest in management systems, quality, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of quality standards and/or the aeronautical sector preferred. Good command of French and professional English.
