- Park Hyatt Marrakech Summary We are looking for a receptionist who manages the relationship with customers from their reservation to check-out, with a constant concern to optimize their satisfaction as well as the occupancy rate of the establishment. Qualifications
- Offer the best service to always improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain the reservation schedule and manage customer arrivals/departures
- Physical and telephone reception
- Carry out daily accounting, collections, registration and control of reservations, room assignment
- Collaborator with all services (breakfast, floors, maintenance, management, etc.)
- Apply all reception procedures (credit card control, dispute management, pricing and commercial policy, etc.)
