The role involves assisting with travel and event logistics, preparing basic documents and reports, and following up with vendors and partners when needed. The Assistante will collaborate closely with other team members, ensuring that timelines are met and that clients receive prompt, clear information. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in an online environment. Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Proficient in basic office software and online collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document editors, video conferencing).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Attention to detail in handling data, schedules, and documentation related to travel and events.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in administrative support, travel coordination, or event assistance is an advantage.
