Terra Al Mare is a culinary and cultural magazine focused on storytelling through food, people, and places. We document authentic experiences, chefs, kitchens, and traditions with a strong visual and editorial identity.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Journalist to research, write, and develop editorial content around gastronomy, hospitality, and culture. The role involves both fieldwork and editorial production.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant stories in the culinary and hospitality space
- Conduct interviews with chefs, restaurant owners, and artisans
- Write articles, features, and editorial pieces
- Collaborate with the creative team (video/photo production)
- Participate in on-site shoots and documentary-style projects
- Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and storytelling Profile
- Experience in journalism, content writing, or editorial production
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Interest in gastronomy, culture, and hospitality
- Comfortable working in the field (restaurants, kitchens, events)
- Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and independent
