Do you have experience within wind turbine blade manufacturing and a passion for quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement? Next Fabrication is looking for experienced Process Auditors to join our QA4Blade team in Morocco. As part of QA4Blade, Next Fabrication’s dedicated Manufacturing Quality Assurance service for the rotor blade industry, you will play an important role in supporting blade manufacturing operations by ensuring process compliance, monitoring quality performance, and driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. * Your Role & Responsibilities *Supporting Manufacturing Quality Assurance Through QA4Blade
* As a Process Auditor within QA4Blade, you will support rotor blade manufacturing operations by monitoring process compliance, analyzing production and quality data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality requirements. The role requires a pragmatic and proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams, quality personnel, and customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities
*Process Auditing & Compliance
*
- Conduct process audits throughout the blade manufacturing process.
- Verify adherence to approved manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing activities and identify process deviations.
- Follow established protocols and adhere to the defined escalation matrix.
- Support continuous improvement activities through process monitoring and follow-up actions. *Quality Reporting & Analysis

- Generate weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant stakeholders. *Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety procedures throughout the blade-building process.
- Conduct safety and process assessments as required.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability, and safe working practices.
- Support compliance with customer and site-specific requirements. *Collaboration & Communication
*
- Work closely with production teams, supervisors, quality personnel, and customer representatives.
- Demonstrate collaboration and accountability during review processes.
- Build consensus and maintain effective cross-functional cooperation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- Participate in quality reviews and process discussions. We Are Looking for Candidates with the Following Qualifications *Core Requirements

- Certified and qualified Engineer or Diploma Engineer.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within wind turbine blade manufacturing.
- Experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader, Lead Technician, or similar leadership role.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings, manufacturing documentation, and production data.
- Sound knowledge of safety requirements within the blade-building process.
- Strong ability to build consensus, collaborate effectively, and work as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and quality-focused mindset. *Skills & Competencies
