Thai London Therapy Marrakech is a premium wellness spa in Marrakech dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a relaxing experience for our clients.
We are currently looking for professional and motivated women to join our team in the following positions:
ReceptionistResponsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointments and bookings.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Handle payments and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional reception environment. Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English and French (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good computer and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer service is preferred. Cleaner / HousekeeperResponsibilities
- Ensure the spa remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Clean treatment rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
- Manage towels, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Follow spa cleanliness and sanitation standards. Requirements
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
