- Develop and maintain full stack banking applications using Java and React
- Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces
- Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with banking security and data protection standards Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and clean code principles Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit)
- Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Java, React, or full stack development are a plus
