Overview of the Role As the Delivery Lead for RUN Governance and Mendix Project Coordination, you will combine operational leadership with advanced technical acumen to ensure seamless delivery of RUN activities and key projects. Your expertise will drive the governance, quality, and performance monitoring for critical initiatives, directly impacting service excellence and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the dedicated external point of contact for delivery, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams while upholding HCLTech’s standards of quality and innovation. Detailed Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end governance and management of RUN activities, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to established SLAs.
- Lead and coordinate Mendix project implementations, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor and report on quality and performance metrics, proactively identifying and addressing issues to optimize service delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams for all delivery-related matters.
- Facilitate the adoption of best practices, process improvements, and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Drive documentation and knowledge management efforts to support operational transparency and knowledge transfer.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback. Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT delivery, project management, and governance roles.
- Proven expertise in managing RUN operations and project delivery within a large-scale, multinational environment.
- Strong technical experience with Mendix or similar low-code platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in quality assurance, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are a strong advantage.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are highly desirable.
