- Team & Operations Management: Lead and supervise the Order Control team, ensuring efficient daily operations, workflow management, and achievement of team targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor key business and operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Team Development: Coach team members, conduct evaluations, identify development needs, and implement appropriate action plans.
- Process & Quality Management: Ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Management , or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related operational environment.
- Proven experience in team management, operational performance, and process improvement .
- Knowledge of relevant directives and standards such as RoHS, CME, DEEE, Decrees, and NF is an advantage.
- Fluent in English or French ; additional languages are a plus.
