Position Overview SIST Rabat is seeking experienced part-time Business lecturers for the upcoming semester starting 12 October 2026. We are currently looking for lecturers with relevant academic and professional experience to teach the following modules: Ethical Business Operations and Supply Chain Resilience – BA Business Management, Year 2 Entrepreneurship and Innovation – MBA, evening classes Lecturers may be assigned one or more modules based on their academic background, professional experience, and programme requirements. Final teaching allocation and timetable details will be communicated during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centred lectures.
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments in line with academic requirements.
- Develop and maintain module syllabi and weekly teaching plans.
- Track student attendance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback within 20 working days.
- Participate in relevant programme and academic committee meetings.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students at module level. Required
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Relevant academic and/or professional experience in the subject area.
- Strong proficiency with digital teaching and learning platforms.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with prior experience teaching in English. Contract & Compensation:

Part-time
- Teaching Load: 1.5 hours per session / 3 hours per module per week
- Compensation: 350–450 MAD per teaching hour, determined based on academic qualifications, relevant higher-education teaching experience, and assigned programme level (BA/BSc or MBA), in accordance with SIST's internal academic pay scale. Hourly rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
