Your new Role and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all operational, strategic production activities
- Ensure the achievement of production targets related to quality, cost, productivity, delivery performance and safety
- Coach, develop, support Group Leaders incl. their teams
- Plan and manage production capacity in line with customer requirements and plant objectives
- Monitor, analyze, continuously improve key production KPIs
- Ensure the optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, production resources
- Manage the production budget, identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the production organization
- Lead and support productivity, investment, industrialization, and process optimization projects
- Collaborate closely with Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, Finance to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental, health, safety and company standards
- Support new product launches, production ramp-ups, organizational changes and process improvements
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork and employee engagement
- Maintain constructive relationships with employees and employee representatives
- Prepare and present regular production performance reports and ensure effective follow-up of action plans
- Manage and resolve production, quality and delivery escalations in a timely manner Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a (ideal: automotive) manufacturing / production environment
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable production management role
- Proven experience managing large production organizations and leading supervisors / Group Leaders
- Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within wire harness or electrical distribution systems manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production systems and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Solid experience in capacity planning, budgeting, cost management
- Cutting & Prefab Background are considered as a plus
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, automotive standards
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience leading change management, transformation, organizational development projects
- Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving skills
- Results-driven leadership style with excellent decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Structured, proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- Fluent English and French language skills
- Arabic and other language skills are considered as an advantage
- Willingness to travel Ideally, you have a proven track record of improving productivity, efficiency, quality and overall operational performance within an international manufacturing environment Benefits
