Tour Leader

Job

Responsibilities:

- Lead and accompany guests on tours and excursions across Fes and other destinations in Morocco.
- Welcome guests and provide a professional, warm, and engaging experience.
- Explain Moroccan culture, history, traditions, landmarks, and local experiences.
- Coordinate daily tour schedules, transportation, activities, restaurants, accommodations, and other suppliers.
- Ensure all tour arrangements are properly prepared before guest arrival.
- Handle guest questions, requests, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
- Coordinate with drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, activity providers, and the Operations team.
- Monitor service quality and immediately report operational issues.
- Ensure guest safety and follow company operational and emergency procedures.
- Provide daily updates and reports to the Operations team.
- Assist with last-minute operational changes and problem-solving during tours.
- Represent the company and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
- Create authentic social-media-friendly content showcasing destinations, activities, food, culture. Job

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Tour Leader, Tour Guide, Travel Coordinator, or similar tourism role .
- Strong knowledge of Fes and Moroccan destinations, culture, history, and tourism experiences .
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage, particularly if the role includes driving responsibilities.
