- B2 level minimum in English AND B2 level minimum in German.
- Both languages are mandatory for the same candidate.
- Previous experience in call centers (English/German-speaking projects preferred).
- You are sharp-minded, persuasive, and have excellent communication skills.
- You are punctual, reliable, and motivated.
