About DeepLeaf DeepLeaf is a Moroccan agritech company building agentic AI for agriculture. Our models see a crop and reason like an agronomist, helping farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural partners make timely, practical decisions across many crops, conditions, and languages. About the role
We're hiring two Program Coordination Interns to keep our programs, partners, and day-to-day operations moving. You'll sit close to the team, coordinate people and the many moving parts, help our partners get value from DeepLeaf, and carry signal between the field, our wider ecosystem, and the team. It's a great fit for a proactive organizer who leads naturally and is comfortable around both technology and agriculture.

What you'll do

- Program coordination. Keep schedules, session notes, documentation, and action items tidy; help prepare and run sessions and workshops.
- Partner & stakeholder coordination. Help partners and teams get onboarded and get value; schedule, prepare, and follow up on meetings and introductions.
- Ecosystem outreach & engagement. Build relationships across DeepLeaf's wider ecosystem — institutions, research organizations, NGOs, cooperatives and farmer organizations, agribusinesses, and investors — to raise awareness, open doors, and surface adoption, partnership, and funding opportunities. Keep a tidy, shared record of contacts and follow-ups.
- Field & feedback loop. Help gather feedback from the people we work with and relay it clearly to the team.
- Monitoring & records. Help collect and organize program and anonymized usage data, keeping records clean and consistent.
- Knowledge capture. Capture what actually worked through short interviews and turn it into clear, structured notes. Who we're looking for
- We care more about attitude, energy, and potential than a long CV. You are:A natural leader — you've led or been an active member of a student club, association, hackathon team, volunteer group, or community project.
- Proactive — you spot what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked.
- A high-energy communicator — positive, warm, and kind, able to bring people along whether you're talking to a teammate, a farmer, a partner, or an official.
- Innovative and versatile — a broad toolkit (communication, organization, basic data handling, event organization, social media) with real depth in at least one.
- Technically curious — you have some working knowledge of AI and of agriculture (not expert, but not zero), and you're comfortable around a technical, AI-focused team. Eligibility
- This internship is aimed at students and recent graduates. You should be:currently enrolled in a university programme (bachelor's or graduate level); or
- in your final year of an undergraduate degree; or
- a recent graduate (within about one year of graduating). Languages
- English — required.
- Additional languages (French, Arabic/Darija, Italian, or others) — a plus. Location & logistics
- Full-time internship, 6–9 months, in person at the DeepLeaf office in Sidi Bennour, Morocco.
- You're expected to relocate to Sidi Bennour for the internship; living costs there are low.
- Stipend: €400/month, all-inclusive — intended to cover your stay (accommodation) and local travel. Good to know
- Confidentiality and responsible data: you'll handle company, partner, and farmer information with care, consent, and confidentiality.
- Equal opportunity: we welcome applicants of all backgrounds and strongly encourage women and applicants from under-represented groups to apply. What you'll gain A front-row seat at a fast-moving agritech company, real responsibility from day one, mentorship, and a strong reference and network for your next step.
