RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and leverage data from vehicle testing, test benches, and simulations to evaluate and optimize vehicle energy and thermal management performance. Perform data processing and KPI monitoring. Identify performance gaps and conduct root cause analysis. Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations for the validation of Energy Management and Thermal Management deliverables. Support performance assessments and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements. Key

YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies. Experience with calibration tools such as INCA and CANape. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Good problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. Vehicle testing and driving evaluation experience is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills. knowledge of automotive diagnostics (OBD, Trouble codes) Understanding of ECU systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in diagnostics, validation, or calibration is a plus Driver License B.
