The Company
Our client is a leading multinational player in the
flavours, fragrances and ingredients industry
, serving the food, beverage, personal care and home care markets. As part of the development of its HR organisation, we are recruiting an
HR Business Partner
to support the site's operations and management teams.
Your Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and take full ownership of the HR agenda for your scope:
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational design and day-to-day people matters
- Drive the full talent cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and internal mobility
- Lead the annual HR processes (performance reviews, salary review, talent review) for your perimeter
- Support change management and organisational transformation projects
- Identify training needs and build development plans in line with business priorities
- Ensure compliance with local labour legislation, internal policies and group standards
- Manage employee relations, including relations with employee representatives
- Contribute to engagement, retention and employer-branding initiatives
- Track and analyse HR KPIs to support data-driven decisions
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role, ideally within an international industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid command of local labour law and HR best practices
- Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with international stakeholders); French is a strong asset
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, autonomy, confidentiality and hands-on mindset
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation and with HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
