Beach Club Director

We are looking to incorporate a person for the Beach Club Director position, responsible for overseeing the overall management, strategic direction and daily operations of the Beach Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and financial performance in line with the brand’s standards and positioning.

The person in this role will lead all operational areas of the Beach Club, including Food & Beverage, guest services, entertainment, events and beach operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests. Their main objective will be to maximize guest satisfaction, drive commercial performance and maintain the highest standards of service, quality and luxury hospitality throughout the venue.

What would your responsibilities be?

Operational leadership and Beach Club management

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Beach Club, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all areas.
• Ensure smooth coordination between restaurant, bar, beach service, events and guest experience teams.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guarantee compliance with standards, policies and operational procedures.
• Ensure the Beach Club consistently delivers a premium guest experience aligned with the positioning.

Guest experience and brand representation

• Lead the delivery of an outstanding guest experience throughout all customer touchpoints.
• Maintain a strong presence within the operation, engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage VIP guests, special requests and high-profile clientele with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery situations effectively.
• Act as an ambassador of the Beach Club’s image, values and luxury hospitality standards.

Commercial performance and business development

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective operational and commercial strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and key business indicators.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy, average spend and guest retention.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and events teams to enhance visibility and attract target audiences.
• Support the development of seasonal activations, special events and commercial initiatives.

Team leadership and people development

• Lead, motivate and develop management teams and operational staff.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and accountability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and establish development plans.
• Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive working environment.

Events, entertainment and guest activation

• Oversee the planning and execution of events, live entertainment and guest experiences.
• Ensure all activations are aligned with the Beach Club’s concept and brand identity.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality events.
• Monitor event performance and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational readiness for peak periods, private events and special occasions.

Compliance, quality and safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational regulations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and venue maintenance.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene and service quality procedures.
• Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions when required.
• Promote a culture of safety, responsibility and operational excellence.

What do we need from you?

Education

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or similar.
• Specialized training in luxury hospitality, Food & Beverage management or operations is highly valued.
• Additional training in leadership, commercial management or event operations is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience as Beach Club Director, Resort Operations Manager, Restaurant Director, F&B Director or similar leadership position within hospitality.
• Proven experience managing luxury Beach Clubs, lifestyle venues, resor
