Human Resources Business Partner

Exporting to more than 100 countries worldwide, it is present in 6 countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Colombia and Brazil) with a strong focus in expanding internationally and building strategic partnerships.

To strengthen our core team in Morocco, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner between Human Resources and the business;
• Support Payroll and Personnel Management (holidays, absenteeism, etc.);
• Prepare monthly information and reports;
• Ensure that the organization is in compliance with the laws in force;
• Maintain updated employee records;
• Actively participate in the recruitment and selection processes;
• Participate in the annual Budget and Headcount process;
• Analyze and develop indicators to support people management decisions;
• Participate in internal / external audits regarding HR change management.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
• Good knowledge of Labour Law and Payroll;
• 5 years of professional experience in similar role;
• Critical thinking and analysis skills;
• Team work, proactivity, dynamism and problem solving orientation;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
